This 1st anniversary, we wanted to celebrate in the same way we began - not with something bigger, but with something meaningful.

So instead of simply inviting a performer, we invited an experience. Because magic, much like art, isn't only about what you see. It's about attention. Curiosity. Wonder.

And the invisible connection created between people in a single shared moment. Join us in this special workshop - introductory session for anyone that is interested in magic and mentalism.

n this June holiday camp, join us on an immersive walk down nostalgia as we take in the beauty and structure of shophouses in Singapore. Head out on an outdoor sketch with us to Emerald Hill as the children experience the colours and characters of these conservation and heritage buildings up close. Back at Well Played, we invite the children to bring what they noticed back onto canvas, as they revisit the lines, motifs, tiles and decorative details that bring a unique charm to these buildings. With a host of materials at play, observation turns into hands-on painting and crafting, as they transform what they have seen into something they can create in their own way.

"A Little Box of Light" (min age 12) explores two different mediums (watercolour and cyanotype) to create interchangeable displays, letting the gentle glow of your personalised light box become a keepsake that feels uniquely yours.

"Aurora Canvas Painting" (min age 8) draws inspiration from nature’s most magical light show. Join us for this acrylic adventure on a circular canvas as we invite you to capture the drifting, dancing colours of the aurora.

As the Lunar New Year approaches, appreciate Chinese culture through the practice of calligraphy. Learn basic calligraphy techniques and be introduced to traditional tools and Clerical Script (Lishu), and practise writing basic strokes and the character “Fu” (福). Each participant will take home a completed 17 × 17 cm red cardstock artwork. A finished piece perfect for home display this Chinese New Year.

This December, Well Played welcomes two musical friends to join us for a special festive session.

As we always say, it’s always more fun when we play together!

In this play.assembly, experience live music, feel the rhythm of the season, and be inspired by the timeless melodies of "The Nutcracker Suite"!

Together, we’ll also explore how things we often cast aside can become sparks of creativity in our hands, creating "rhythmic toys" and musical puppets.

So whether you’re a music lover or simply enjoy making things with your hands, come join us at Well Played, and spend an afternoon wrapped in sound, colour, and creativity, closing the year with a little art, a little play, and a lot of warmth.

Have a bubbly good time as you explore how bubbles form, move and change when water meets oil, milk, soap, or even a drop of ink.

Inspired by “masak-masak” (pretend-play cooking), explore new possibilities for painting as the studio becomes a “kitchen”. Common ingredients become paint, and potholders turn into functional art pieces.

Learn the process of crayon-making, using natural colours and simple binders to shape and blend them into your own set of fun and functional crayons.
