Before our studio officially began, Lao Cao (SH Chow) @shchow once led us through Clementi neighbourhood centre for an outdoor sketching session. A quiet walk of looking, noticing, and recording the neighbourhood we call home. This time, we continue that unfinished line indoors.

Returning to one of his favourite mediums - water-soluble graphite, Lao Cao will guide us to explore how a simple grey mark can shift, soften, deepen, and open into new possibilities.

From the streets of Clementi to the table at Well Played, we continue to play from where we are.
