New Little Hands & Big Hands series in August!
For the first time ever, Well Played will be opening a Little hands & big hands series - inviting little ones and parents to join us in open play this August.
And yes! Masak-Masak (pretend-play cooking) is making its way back - this time featuring... spices!
From one conversation, one shared belief, and one very familiar kind of play, something special is beginning to take shape. Here, we introduce a Well Played mama - Shereen Ng - a mental health counsellor and founder of Thriving New Mama, and invite little ones and their special grown-ups to join us in a session of open play.
Think colours, textures, smells, tiny hands, curious noses, pretend cooking, real conversations, and the kind of messy, meaningful play that children remember with their whole body. This session is not about teaching our young ones how to make a perfect artwork. It is about letting them meet the world through their senses.
To smell. To scoop. To mix. To pour. To pretend. To observe.
To be close to their special grown-up in a space made for gentle discovery.
